To make your next tradeshow a bit easier (and delicious), this month we're going to show off some of our most popular and, of course, easy-to-prepare menu ideas.

And finally, Curry Tortilla Frites will really give them something to talk about; our flavorful Mission® 10" Stretched Style Flour Tortillas dusted with sea salt and drizzled with our flavorful Curry Aioli.

Pay special attention to this month's featured recipe, Mazina Tortilla Frites; crispy, fried Mission® 8" Mazina™ Tortillas cut in strips, dusted with Cilantro Lime Sea Salt and drizzled in nacho cheese sauce. Garnish with crumbled chorizo and sliced green onions for a taste experience that will draw crowds.
